Payroll Services for the Small Business


Setup Process


Company Data:

Use the New Company Information Form to submit your company information. This form contains all the information we need to setup your company in our system and begin processing your payroll. We will mail to you all the authorization forms necessary to allow us to process payroll tax filing and payments electronically if you select the Deluxe Service. Enter the data then click the submit button.


Employee Data:

Use the form provided on our web site. The information we seek pertains only to what data is required to generate a paycheck, a direct deposit, or the annual W-2 form. Enter the data then click the submit button. Continue this process until all your employee data has been entered into the database. When you are done click on the home page.

Changes to employee data need to be submitted 5 days prior to the payday.
New employee data needs to be entered 5 days prior to the 1st payday.
Direct deposit takes 3-4 weeks to setup. Checks will be issued in the interim. Direct deposit takes one pay period to activate for each new employee.
Electronic processing takes 3-4 weeks to setup.


Payroll Process


  1. We receive from your office your employee time data
  2. We calculate your payroll
  3. We fax/email the wage/liability report and invoice to your office
  4. Our bank draws from your bank all funds necessary to satisfy the invoice
  5. We complete your payroll
  6. We mail, fax or email all the payroll related paperwork to your office
